This powerful cleaner ensures that your tools are thoroughly cleaned, which prolongs their service life tonlijk. Applications Internal cleaning of the NBS pistol: Ensures optimal performance and prevents clogging. Removal of uncured PU foam and adhesives: Effortlessly removes excess foam and glue before they harden. Choose DL-Chemicals cleaner for quick and efficient cleaning of your tools. Application of PU Foam and Gun Cleaner - DL-Chemicals Preparation Always carry out a test on the substrate beforehand. Shake the canister vigorously at least 20 times before use. Removal of fresh PU foam or PU adhesive: Place the spray tip on the valve of the cleaner. Hold the cleaner in the right direction and press the spray tip. Remove the spray tip after use. Cleaning the PU foam gun: Remove the foam canister from the adapter while holding the gun inverted. Use the cleaner to remove fresh foam from the nozzle and adapter. Attach the cleaner to the adapter, hold the gun upside down and activate the trigger so that the gun fills with cleaning fluid. Spray until all foam residue is removed and allow the liquid to soak in for a few minutes. Activate the trigger again until all remaining foam is gone. Unscrew the cleaner from the gun and activate the trigger until the gun is completely empty. After these steps, the gun is cleaned and ready for immediate use or safe storage.
