With the double warp and double weft weaving method, the resulting fabric consists of two 840D filaments, creating the strength and density of a 1680D double strand. The Twill Jacquard Nylon 1680D Oxford Fabric boasts outstanding tensile strength and wear resistance, making it ideal for high-stress applications. Its high-density structure provides excellent water resistance, often meeting the IPX3 or IPX4 waterproof standards. Additionally, the fabric features a noble luster, adding a touch of elegance to high-end outdoor products and bags. To further enhance its performance, our 1680D Oxford Cloth can undergo various post-finishing treatments. Options include calendered PVC, PU coating, EVA composite, as well as transfer printing, hot rolling, and screen printing, among others.
