The 59 CrossPoint is a unique combination of the Classic series with a nice moderate neck pickup equipped with AlNiCo II (not as clear as Classic Standard and not as crunchy as Classic Rock). The bridge pickup of the 59 CrossPoint is moderately overwound and equipped with an AlNiCo V magnet. This combination makes it a powerful pickup but still with P.A.F. characteristics. neck pickup: Alnico II, 7,7 kΩ , with creamy, but defined tone, bridge pickup 8,6 kΩ , more powerful and slightly overwound PAF, will tickle your amp!
