All goods to be returned, whether defective or not, will require a Return Authorisation. Any goods returned
without a Return Authorisation will be rejected by our warehouse. To obtain a Return Authorisation,
please call us at (02) 9953 4490.
You will need to supply the following information which is in your invoice before we can issue a Return
Authorisation:

Product to be returned:
Date of purchase:
Reason for return:
Return Authorisations are only valid for 7 days, so we must receive the product to be returned in our store
within this period; otherwise, the return may not be processed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure
that all products are in original packaging in order to prevent damage during return shipping. A copy of the
invoice or other proofs of purchase must be included with the returned product.
fettverbrennung-anregen accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit for returns to our store.
fettverbrennung-anregen will test all products returned. Some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for
testing. fettverbrennung-anregen will advise you on the status of the returned product after testing.
A non-faulty fee ($50 inc GST plus freight) will apply if your product is found to be not faulty.
Unless stated otherwise under this Return Policy, fettverbrennung-anregen reserves the right to refuse any returns
wherein products:
– are incomplete or has missing parts
– are not returned in their original packaging
– show signs of physical damage (product and/or packaging)
fettverbrennung-anregen also does not process returns if a customer simply changes their mind about a product. The
customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by
consumer guarantees.
Alternatively, please visit an fettverbrennung-anregen retail outlet with the product you wish to return and a copy of the
invoice. If the product is eligible for return, fettverbrennung-anregen will organise your Returns Authorisation immediately.
