Installed these 5100 to my 2022 Tacoma TRD Off-road 4×4 a few days ago… Took it wheeling the night after the install… Must say, AMAZING performance. It was night and day of a difference from my stock suspension. Keep in mind that this was on my 2022 Taco… Fresh stock suspension is smooth and comparing that to the 5100s 1ith the Add a leaf, huge upgrade. My only regret is not getting the ARB full Dakar upgrade rather than the simple AAL … Regardless, off road performance was a huge difference. On road, there are a lot of potholes that would be felt harshly on the stock suspension. Yeah yeah yeah, i know you’re not supposed to drive over potholes, but for the sake of science, 8 intentionally drove over some with the stock suspension knowing that the upgrade was coming in… After upgrading, potholes, what potholes!? I know that continuous pothole driving will wear out the suspension in time, but for the sake of science, the 5100s performed stellar in city driving.. very comfortable ride. I highly recommend these. The installation process wasn’t as hard as how I thought. I did however take it to a shop to install the UCA just cus I know that the SPC being adjustable, maybe setting it to the appropriate adjustment might be over my skill set. Aside from that, the rest of the install was straight forward. Minor cutting was required for the real AAL install, but nothing that required high skilled level.. full disclosure, uninstalled this along side a YouTube video, it was THAT simple… Anyway, awesome stuff, fellas… Super happy and super satisfied with this set up!
